The XQF32PVOG48M is a radiation-tolerant 32 Mbit Platform Flash PROM developed by Xilinx (now part of AMD) for storing configuration bitstreams in high-reliability FPGA-based systems. As part of the XQF32P family, it delivers a parallel NOR Flash interface with 3.3V core operation in a 48-pin TSOP surface-mount package.
