The HCPL-0630 is a dual-channel high-speed optocoupler manufactured by Broadcom, providing logic gate output isolation for digital signal paths. As part of the HCPL-06xx family, this device integrates high-efficiency AlGaAs LEDs with integrated photodetector and totem-pole output stages, supporting a guaranteed data rate of 10 MBd and a minimum common-mode transient immunity of 15 kV/µs.
