The SNJ54HC08FK is a military-grade quad 2-input AND gate manufactured by Texas Instruments in the high-speed CMOS 54HC logic family. This device operates over a broad supply voltage range from 2 V to 6 V and delivers typical propagation delays in the nanosecond range with extremely low static power dissipation. CMOS input stages provide high noise immunity and LSTTL-compatible output drive, supporting reliable fan-out in mixed-logic environments.
