LTM4627IV#PBF

The LTM4627IV#PBF is a complete high-efficiency synchronous step-down μModule (micromodule) DC/DC regulator manufactured by Analog Devices. It integrates the entire power supply—including the inductor, power MOSFETs, and control loop compensation—within a single surface-mount LGA package, simplifying board layout and reducing design time. This device provides up to 15 A of continuous output current from a wide input voltage range typically used in distributed power architectures, and the output voltage is user-adjustable via external resistors.
