The LTM4600HVMPV#PBF from Analog Devices is a step-down DC/DC µModule regulator (power module) that fully integrates the inductor, power MOSFETs, control IC, and compensation network inside a surface-mount LGA package. This complete power system in a single component accepts a continuous input voltage up to 28V and delivers up to 10A of output current, with an adjustable output voltage typically ranging down to 0.6V.
