TMP01FPZ

The TMP01FPZ is a precision temperature sensor and programmable setpoint controller from Analog Devices, combining a temperature-proportional voltage output, a stable 2.5 V bandgap voltage reference, and dual open-collector comparators in an 8-pin DIP package.
