What is AD590JH/883B? It is an official Analog Devices 883-grade version of the AD590 two-terminal IC temperature transducer. The device converts absolute temperature to current at a nominal scale factor of 1 µA/K and needs only two signal/power connections. ADI's Rev. G data sheet specifies 4 V to 30 V operation, a -55°C to +150°C rated range, and the JH package as a three-pin TO-52 metal can with package option H-03-1. For J grade, the published limits include ±5°C calibration error at 25°C and ±1.5°C nonlinearity for TO-52 and flatpack packages.
Why does the /883B identity matter? Analog Devices lists AD590JH/883B in its MIL-STD-883 Class B product guide, and the DLA cross-reference maps this vendor part number to Standard Microcircuit Drawing PIN 5962-8757101YA. Those references identify the orderable model, but they do not replace lot-specific certificates. ZZX Electronics lists 1,965 pcs with date code 2110. Before acceptance, verify the full top marking, package, lot/date-code evidence, 883B or SMD documentation required by the purchase order, storage history and calibration/testing requirements.
