HCPL-5601

The HCPL-5601 is a hermetically sealed, single-channel high-speed logic gate optocoupler manufactured by Broadcom, designed to provide galvanic signal isolation in demanding, mission-critical electronic systems. It combines a gallium arsenide phosphide (GaAsP) LED with an integrated, high-gain photodetector to achieve reliable digital data transmission at rates up to 10 MBd.
