Overview

The IXBK64N250 is a high-voltage N-channel insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) from Littelfuse, built for demanding power switching in industrial and high-reliability systems. Housed in a TO-264 package, this discrete device delivers a 2500 V collector-emitter voltage rating and a collector current of 64 A, using advanced non-punch-through (NPT) or field-stop technology to achieve a low on-state voltage drop and fast switching characteristics.
