The Infineon IRFM150 is an N-channel power MOSFET developed for high-reliability applications, manufactured using Infineon’s established HiRel semiconductor processes and supplied in a hermetic TO-254AA metal package. The device delivers a 100 V drain-source voltage rating combined with low on-state resistance and fast switching performance, characteristics that reduce conduction and switching losses in power conversion circuits.
