On-chip resources include embedded block RAM and phase-locked loops (PLLs) for reliable clock distribution, making it a robust foundation for legacy digital logic functions.
Originally designed for aerospace, defense, and other high-reliability applications, this FPGA is suitable for secure communication controllers, radar signal processing, guidance subsystems, and engine control units where system recertification or redesign cost prohibits replacing the part in the field.
