Now an end-of-life military-grade digital signal controller from Texas Instruments’ C2000™ Enhanced Product line, the SM320F2812HFGS150 integrates a 32-bit fixed-point DSP core clocked at 150 MHz with 256 KB of embedded Flash and 18 KB of SARAM in a 176-lead ceramic flat pack (CFP). The device delivers high-efficiency real-time control through a 12-bit ADC operating at up to 12.5 MSPS, dual event-manager modules for PWM generation, and a suite of standard serial peripherals including CAN, SPI, and SCI. Its high-temperature, high-reliability construction makes it suited to digital motor drives, uninterruptible power supplies, avionics actuation loops, and defense power-conversion platforms where deterministic control-loop closure is critical.

Texas Instruments has officially discontinued this part, and no additional production is planned.
