TSI578-10GIL

An end-of-life RapidIO interconnect switch from Renesas Electronics, the TSI578-10GIL belongs to the TSI578 family and is supplied in a BGA package. The device delivers high-speed, low-latency serial switching with multiple configurable ports, operating at link rates up to 3.125 Gbps per lane, and aggregates bandwidth suitable for clustered DSP and FPGA processing fabrics. In deployed systems, it serves as the central interconnect for signal processing chains, radar beamforming modules, software-defined radios, and electronic warfare subsystems, where deterministic packet delivery and hardware-based error management are essential.

Renesas has officially discontinued the TSI578-10GIL, making it an end-of-life component no longer in active production. ZZX Electronics sources sustaining inventory of this obsolete part with full lot and date-code traceability, specifically to support long-life programs in defense, aerospace, and industrial automation that cannot easily undergo redesign.
