  • communications and RFQ processes initiated through the website.

It does not cover third-party websites that may be linked from our site.

  • Business details: company name, job title (if provided)
  • Inquiry details: part number(s), quantity, target delivery, message/notes
  • Shipping information (if provided): shipping address, delivery preferences, recipient/contact for shipment
  • Attachments (if provided): BOM files, specifications, or other documents you upload or send

B) Data collected automatically (device/usage)

When you access the website, we may collect:

  • IP address, approximate location (derived from IP)
  • device type, browser type/version, operating system
  • pages viewed, clickstream data, referring/exit URLs
  • timestamps and basic security/diagnostic logs

C) Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and, where you consent, for analytics and marketing. See Section 6.


4) Purposes of Processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • RFQ and customer service: to respond to your requests, provide pricing/availability/lead time, and communicate with you
  • Business operations: supplier sourcing and internal workflow to fulfill inquiries

  • Marketing measurement: ad conversion tracking and campaign effectiveness (marketing cookies/pixels, only where consented)
  • Security and fraud prevention: protecting our website and systems against abuse

6) Cookies, Analytics & Marketing (Consent Management)

A) Essential cookies (always on)

Essential cookies are required for core functionality (e.g., saving cookie preferences, security). These cannot be switched off in our consent tool.

B) Analytics (only if you consent)

If you enable Analytics, we may use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand website usage and improve performance. GA4 may collect data such as:

We require processors to protect personal data and process it only under our instructions.


8) International Data Transfers (SCCs and Safeguards)

ZZX is based in China. Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the EEA/UK, including China and jurisdictions where our service providers operate (e.g., the United States).

Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission (and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable)

  • Security logs: retained for a limited period to detect and prevent abuse

Where possible, we delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.


10) Your Rights (EEA/UK)

If GDPR/UK GDPR applies, you may have the right to:
